At HASK Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love your hair care routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
